Shipping and delivery

Here's everything you need to know about shipping:

• Order processing time: Usually, it takes up to 2 weeks after you purchase to build you a beautiful new ramp. Since your dog is going to use them for years to come, we take the time to make sure everything is perfect!

• Shipping time and rates: Your products are going all the way from Poland, in Central Europe. That means the delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location:
• If you are in Europe: Your ramp will travel for about 4 - 7 business days. Our shipping rate is 30€.
• If you are in the United States or Canada: Your ramp will travel for about business 7 - 10 days. Our shipping rate is 42€.

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with your country's regulations beforehand. Additionally, please note that any delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
