Weight capacity:
Ramp is intended for use by small and medium dogs, weighing up to about 60 lbs (30 kg).
Carpet color:
Depending on the wood color you choose, your carpet may look slightly different - we pick the shade of gray or brown that will fit your ramp best. If you prefer a particular color, please let us know after placing an order!
Platform width:
Width is measured for the whole ramp - the actual walking platform is about 2" narrower.

It's very easy!
All you need is some measuring tape.
Height is the most important thing: measure how high is your bed, from the floor up to the top of your mattress, and pick the ramp with the appropriate height level.
(Oh, just remember: all the ramps are handmade, so the size might vary a little bit!)

Order processing time:
Usually, it takes about 10 - 12 days after you purchase to build you a beautiful new ramp. Since your dog is going to use it for years to come, we take the time to make sure everything is perfect!
Shipping time and rates:
Your ramp is going all the way from Poland, in Central Europe. That means the delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location:
- If you are in Europe: Your ramp will travel for about 4 - 7 business days. Our shipping rate is 30€.
- If you are in the United States or Canada: Your ramp will travel for about 7 - 10 business days. Our shipping rate is 42€.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customs and import taxes:
Please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with your country's regulations beforehand.
