(Oh, and if your dog is on the smaller size, don't worry. This collar still fits great on a smaller dog.)

How to choose the correct size
Choosing the right size is super simple. Just wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's head.
Tape should be snug.
If you’re not sure, you can include your measurement in the purchase notes and we’ll help you choose the right size.
Also, please remember – since the collars are handmade, the sizes might vary slightly. It shouldn’t make a big difference (we pay a lot of attention to our collars!), but if you’re “in between” sizes, it’s better to choose a slightly bigger size.

Order processing time:
Usually, it takes about 2-3 days after you purchase to handcraft you a beautiful new collar. Since your dog is going to use it for years to come, we take the time to make sure everything is perfect!
Shipping time and rates:
Your collar is going all the way from Poland, in Central Europe. It will travel for about 2 weeks. Your shipping is free.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
